Call Center Supervisor

WHAT DO WE DO?

At CCS Medical, we provide home delivery of quality name brand diabetes testing supplies and medications to our patients.  We work directly with insurance companies to offer supplies at little or no cost, and file claims on our patients’ behalf.  Our call center is the primary means of patient contact, where we take inbound / make outbound calls to place orders and respond to inquiries.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:The primary responsibility of the Call Center Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day floor operations of the Medicare team.

 

·  Communicates and implements work rules, performance standards and operating policies.

·  Manages employee review, discipline, coaching, counseling and policy application.

·  Provides resolution of interdepartmental issues.

·  Compiles and reports out on department metrics.
