. We are currently seeking a part-time Cardiac Risk Assessment Nurse

 Work variable hours (negotiable weekdays) 6-10 hours a week to start - may include an occasional weekendActs on results from an internet screening protocol counsel patients on their cardiac risk factorsTriage patients to the necessary resources: Behavioral, Medical, Etc.May involve site screenings at various work placesImportant coaching role for those discovering their risk of Cardiovascular Disease

 

Requirements:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona OR, possesses a temporary license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse; permanent license from the Arizona State Board of Nursing required within four (4) months of employmentExcellent Interpersonal Skills
