Cardiology Physician Assistant

An acute care hospital and a leading referral center for open-heart surgery serving Southwestern Connecticut and Westchester County New York is searching for a full-time experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.



The Physician Assistant is an integral member of the professional healthcare team, serving as a link between patient, physician, and other health care providers. Provides in-house coverage for all cardiac patients. Responsibilities include admitting and discharging patients, procedures at the patient's bedside, and performing stress testing.

 

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program and Connecticut state PA license. At least one year of medical and/or critical care experience is required.
