Minimum 2 years experience in providing social services to children and families. BA/BS required, Master's preferred. Master's level only requires 1 year of experience.  Bilingual a plus. Care Managers are responsible for effective case management working with children with serious behavioral challenges and their families.  Care Managers are required to facilitate Child and Family Team meetings.  Much in-community work is required throughout Essex County.  Applicants must have a good knowledge about child behavioral health and must have experience working with children and families.
