We have career advancement opportunities and are committed to developing our employees by rewarding their hard work and dedication. A college degree or experience is preferred, but not required. The following positions are available:



Representative – Responsibilities include making outbound phone calls and answering incoming inquiries from our customers, processing their order and ensuring timely delivery of our products. Candidates for this position must possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.



Medical Biller – Responsibilities include auditing all customer orders, making outbound calls to insurance agencies and customers on outstanding receivables, initiating refunds to insurances and customers and resolving any customer issues.



Prescription Representative – Responsibilities include obtaining a written order of medical necessity from the patient’s physician and coding all pertinent diagnosis information using current ICD-9-CM codes. Ideal candidate will possess medical terminology as well as ICD-9 and CPT coding.
