Case Aid Full-time

Case Aid Full-time HIV Case Aide position available to assist with documentation, gathering and assisting clients with the Ohio HIV Drug Assistance Program applications, and ensuring completion and submission of applications to the Ohio Department of Health. The Case Aid will also assist with the distribution of emergency financial assistance, data entry, surveys, as well as transporting clients to medical appointments. Degree preferred and at least two years of experience working in a community based setting required.
