Case Manager & Clinical Social Worker

CASE MANAGERConducts initial intakes of new clients; meets with families to establish needs assessments;Referrals as appropriate for social service programs;Advocates on behalf of clients for social services entitlements;Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; prior case management experience preferred.

CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKERProvide short term individual counseling and facilitate support groups for adults and children in a domestic violence transitional shelter;Provide crisis intervention as needed and develop realistic therapeutic goals and objectives to assist clients as they begin to heal from the trauma of abuse. Master in Social Work or related degree a must with experience in handling domestic violence issue a must.
