Case Manager Level III

General Description of Duties:Provide case management services to a caseload of 17 – 20 clientsFacilitate weekly caseload groupsFacilitate values clarification groupsProvide individual counseling in the areas of substance abuse, vocational training, job readiness, employment retention, medical/mental health, housing, legal, and discharge planning  Monitor savings of employed residentsServe as a contingent in the absence of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services

 

 

Qualifications:CASAC preferred, CASAC-T will be consideredMinimum of  2 years experience of working in either Therapeutic Communities or other related fields of substance abuse counseling HS Diploma or GED
