Clinical Case Management Program, Brooklyn & Manhattan

The Clinical Case Management Program is focused on helping clients stay in substance abuse treatment. It emphasizes recovery, meeting other unmet needs and eventually moving towards work.

Clinical Case Managers provide services to clients with substance abuse disorders. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ psychosocial status and providing advocacy and counseling and engaging clients in work related activities.








Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any human service area, and at least two years of experience working in the human service field. Case management, fieldwork (outreach) experience and knowledge of substance abuse/ recovery issues required. Position requires the ability to work in all boroughs. Bilingual candidates preferred.
