Case Managers

Resources for Human Development, Inc (RHD) is a large non-profit values-based corporation that currently provides $165M in services across ten states. Our corporate headquarters is located in Philadelphia. We have over 3800 employees and more that 150 programs. Among other populations it provides residential services for the mentally ill, the developmentally disabled, the criminally adjudicated, those who are drug and/or alcohol addicted, and those who are homeless.

RHD Connections, a Targeted Case Management unit servicing various homeless shelters throughout Philadelphia is seeking to hire Bachelor’s level Case Managers.

 

This position involve engaging and supporting consumers in the process of accessing mental health and drug and alcohol services and requires assessment of chronically homeless consumers.  The position includes an emphasis on a team approach to consumers as well as a strong case management component. 

 

The ideal Counselor possesses a Bachelors degree in a human service related field as well as experience with mental health and drug and alcohol treatment/assessment.  A high level of energy as well as the ability to excel and provide effective crisis intervention in a chaotic environment is also required.  Past experience in case management is recommended as well. 

 

The salary is in the 30,000 to 35,000 range per year plus a unique comprehensive benefits package. E.O.E
