Case Supervisor/Parent Training Consultant / Behavior Therapist / Speech & Language Pathologist / OT
BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT PARTNERSHIP (BSP) is a rapidly growing and innovative service organization committed to improving the lives of children and families with developmental disabilities. Quality of life is improved by delivering services that build skills, facilitate inclusion, eliminate challenging behaviors and empower parents. We partner with families to provide comprehensive, state of the art services and supports founded on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
We are currently expanding and seek experienced, compassionate and highly skilled professionals in the field of early intervention, autism, parent training consultation, and behavior analysis. Our team spirit, flexible working conditions, compensation and benefits contribute to a highly motivated work environment. Part-time, hourly and full-time positions are available. Candidates will demonstrate knowledge of children's developmental milestones, creativity, good interpersonal communication skills and willingness to learn; as well as a playful, exciting passion for contributing to childrens' lives. Flexibility for client visits on Monday through Friday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Saturdays is desirable. Fluency in Spanish, Korean and/or Vietnamese is a plus.
Position 1: Case Supervisor (Salaried Position)
Case Supervisors support and supervise Behavior Therapists working with families in the home. Interventions are evidence-based and will focus on Pivotal Response Treatment and other ABA teaching techniques.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field and have at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and early intervention. Must understand and demonstrate ability to implement ABA principles. Case Supervisors with a Bachelor’s Degree must have at least 5 years experience in early childhood development and intervention. BCBA registration is preferred.

Position 2: Parent Training Consultant (Part-time or Full-time)
Parent Training Consultants provide in home behavioral intervention services to families of children with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or related field and at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. One year of experience will be specifically working with individuals with behavioral challenges and implementing positive behavior support strategies. Must understand and demonstrate ability to implement ABA principles.
Hourly rate $25 + depending on experience and education.-----
Position 3: Behavior Therapist (Part-time or Full-time)
Therapists provide direct instruction with children as well as parent education. Interventions are evidence-based and will focus on Pivotal Response Treatment and other ABA teaching techniques.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or related field and at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in early childhood. One year of experience will be specifically working with children under the age of 6 in direct instruction and parent education.
Hourly rate $18 + depending on experience and education.-----
Position 4: Speech and Language Pathologist
To work in early intervention program with children younger than 3 years of age. Speech therapist must hold a California license and preferably have at least two years experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Experience with children with autism is highly desired.
BSP works from a naturalistic paradigm and we are searching for a Speech and Language Pathologist who also has a strong emphasis on working in naturalistic settings, and preferably is familiar with Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
This part time position involves working with children in a small clinic setting as part of team of professionals supporting the child with developmental disabilities and his or her family. Collaborative approach with other professionals is required.
Competitive Salary.
Position 5: Occupational Therapist
To work in early intervention program with children, younger than 3 years of age. Occupational Therapist must hold a California license and preferably have at least two years experience working with children with disabilities. Experience with children with Autism or related disorders is highly desired.
BSP works from a naturalistic paradigm and we are searching for an Occupational Therapist with a strong emphasis on working in naturalistic settings, and who preferably is familiar with Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). Part-time work will be performed in a small clinic setting and the O. T. will work closely with a team of professionals supporting the young child and family. Collaborative approach with other professionals is required.
Occupational Therapist will address child’s deficits in daily living skills and motor skills, including feeding, dressing; play skills, and child’s ability to tolerate various sensory inputs.
