JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-5; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: This position manages and oversees the financial work and projects of others in regards to the organization. He/She plans and develops a strategy in order to appropriately complete analyses and communicate results. The Central Ohio Director of Hospital Support also completes projects that would otherwise require the use of an outside consulting firm, this saving the organization significant costs. REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGEKnowledge of financial ratios, amortization tables/discounting, forecasting, trending, etc. Knowledge of project management. Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and financial planning software. KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCE8-10 yrs experience in various aspects of healthcare finance including accounting, financial analysis, reporting, reimbursement, and project management.
