Change Management Coordinator
CHANGE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
SUMMARY
This position develops and manages the change management process for all IS operations. Knowledge of SDLC and change management concepts and practices is essential. The Change Management Coordinator must be able to manage the integration of applications and infrastructure into existing procedures, and assess existing procedures for process improvement and migration to the ITIL model. Interact with various levels of IS staff to identify and remediate change management issues, and remote manage change process to ensure that changes are scheduled and follow corporate procedures across nationwide company. Coordinate with the transition services team to satisfy internal and external audit reporting requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate the development and integration of change management procedures in accordance with ITIL standards
2. Coordinate and implement change management procedures for internal and external changes
3. Chair weekly CAB meetings
4. Ensure all changes have been evaluated for impact and risk, inter-dependencies, and communicated to stakeholders
5. Review change schedules to ensure that maintenance windows are being adhered to
6. Interact with all IS team members to provide communication and training
7. Serve as point of contact for corporate change management documentation
8. Promote change management policies and procedures to all levels of the organization
9. Serve as liaison to internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory change management requirements
10. Produce and manage deliverables through formal project plans.
11. Design and implement technical training materials and facilitate in the training of new technicians.
12. Provide security reports and artifacts to internal and external audit and regulatory agencies
13. Create and publish required reports including daily, weekly monthly summaries and ad hoc
14. Develop SOP’s and other procedures according to duties
15. Assist in process improvement effort
16. Duties otherwise specified
