As a front-line leader in an outpatient clinic or hospital unit, you will be responsible for all clinical aspects of a center’s operation including supervising direct patient care, performing patient assessment, development and administration of dialysis plans, patient data analysis and administering medications, fluid therapy/blood products and other treatments per physician’s orders. In addition, you will assist with teammate and patient scheduling, training new teammates, as well as preparing, monitoring and maintaining dialysis machines and systems.
