Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse will include independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer medications and nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise Care Specialists (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Requirements Possess current Minnesota RN or LPN license Prior experience preferred, but not required. Must maintain regular attendance.
