An experienced Dosimetrist is needed to join our Radiation Oncology Team!

Albert Einstein Medical Center is a teaching hospital offering a full range of advanced health services to the Philadelphia community and beyond. We are located at 5501 Old York Road and are proud to offer a Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center and a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Einstein Medical Center has more than 600 primary care doctors and specialists on staff, with an additional 1,200 affiliated physicians.

In this role, you will assume immediate responsibility for:

Daily treatment planning including 3D CRT/IMRT to all body sites Transferring accurate data to the record and verify system Participating in the daily training and supervision of other dosimetrists, as well as teaching/supervising the radiation therapy and medical dosimetry students

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

CMD certification is required Completion of an AMA approved school of radiation therapy technology or an accredited medical dosimetry program Three to Five years of clincial experience as a medical dosimetrist with previous supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of CMS treatment planning system preferred. Good communication skills a must
