Chief Security Officer

 

Information Technology

 

You will direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT system, business operation, and facility defenses against security breaches and vulnerability issues compliant with Environment of Care guidelines, JCAHO standards and Federal and State mandates for Emergency Preparedness.

 

You will also be responsible for auditing existing systems, while directing the administration of security policies, activities, and standards.

 

BA/BS in computer science or business administration required, Master’s preferred.

 

Certifications in Computer Forensics a plus.

 

3 to 5 years experience managing and/or directing an IT and/or security operation required; 10 years experience working in large-scale industry also required.

 

Candidates must have proven experience in planning, organizing, and developing IT security and facility security system technologies. Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including information security, building security, and defense solutions required with substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.

 

Proven leadership abilities are essential in this position, as are strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
