 Candidate will:

· Monitor Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website to ensure inhouse systems are up-to-date with new rules

· Assist clients with Business Rules development related to CMS updates

· Perform daily healthcare claims analysis & reconciliation processes

· Develop, maintain & distribute report package related to claims processes

· Provide analysis to proactively identify and manage business process improvement opportunities

· Assist Director of Claims Processing in monitoring and analyzing operational performance

· Occasional travel may be required

 

Required:

· Minimum of three (3) year’s experience in healthcare claims analysis, monitoring and reconciliation activities related to healthcare information systems processes

· Possess strong data analysis capabilities

· Team player attitude

· Strong communications skills

· Proficient in MS Word & Excel

· Hold Minimum of Associate’s Degree in related field

 

Desired:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

· Experience in continuous quality improvement activities

· MS Project experience
