Claims Customer Service Representative I
About the Opportunity Help Virginia Premier be a leader in the Health Services industry by acting as the Claims Customer Service Representative I who handles all incoming provider calls quickly and efficiently. This position ensures provider claims issues are resolved within 24 to 48 hours, identifies calls/issue trends, educates providers to avoid continuing trends, and prepares productivity reports.
Qualifications
Knowledge of CPT-4 coding, ICD-9, and various types of medical claims.
Experience providing excellent verbal and written customer service communication with ability to interact professionally with providers and resolve their problems.
Minimum 1 year experience in medical field and 1 year claim processing experience.
