Authorize the appropriate payment or refer claims to investigators for further review. Conduct data entry and re-work; analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary. Coordinate, supervise and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit. Impact of work is most often at the team level.Qualifications: High school education or GED required. Degree desired but not required. 1+ year of physician and hospital Field Service Experience required. 2 — 3 years of processing physician and hospital Claims experience required. 1 year of Claims FACTS & CPT required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Previous mentoring & training experience helpful but not required.
