Client Care Manager

 

  Sequoia Community Initiatives Inc. has vacancies in both Brooklyn and Upper Manhattan for Client Care Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising a residential homeless shelter during evening or overnight shifts. Must conduct intake assessments and screenings. Must have the ability to utilize organizational database to complete intake / assessment documentation. Ability to work with a team of para-professionals to provide program services as directed by facility management. Ability to manage crisis events effectively. Work with and assign duties toresidential, medical aides and kitchen employees as necessary. Collaborate with Security Department supervisors on all facility safety requirements. Complete written reports with respect to agency timeframes.
