We have an immediate opening for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Consultant.  The successful candidate will have strong call center experience and a positive attitude.  S/he will have a history of overperforming (top 20% of team) with sales and service goals, metrics, and quotas.  Duties include: convert inbound sales lead calls, answer customer questions, enter customer orders, follow-up with customers, and make outbound sales and service calls.  Accountability, accuracy, and dedication to excellence are critical! 

 

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 3-5 years call center customer service and sales experience; excellent phone skills; ability to type 35-40 wpm; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; MS Office proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish); and ability to be a team player.

 

This is a full-time position (9:30 am – 6:00 pm schedule) with Saturday rotation.
