We are currently looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic  team. Major duties include scheduling client health exams via telephone; maintaining correct databases regarding clients, employees and clinic information; interfacing between labs and clinics for supplies and results; reporting work clearances and troubleshooting client concerns.  This position is an integral part of our organization in that there is a large amount of front line client contact.

 

Qualified candidates will have high school degree or equivalent. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Pleasant phone manner is required.  Must have good customer service skills. Must be able to work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometime competing deadlines.  Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.  Must be able to work well in a team environment.  Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs.  Data entry experience a plus.  Previous customer service experience via telephone a plus.
