Client Relations Specialist

Solis Women's Health owns and operates 20 Breast Radiology clinics nationally and expects continued growth in the Indiana market.

 

Objective:

This role is the primary driver of new business development in local markets.  As a marketer for Solis Women’s Health, this position is responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability, and expanding current client relationships.

 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

 Market Solis Women’s Health services to current referral sources and new referral sources to their fullest potentialMaintain frequent visibility and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts to ensure quarter-to-quarter growthDevelop an annual, written sales plan that will detail tactics and strategies for exceeding stated revenue goalsGenerate new referral opportunities by calling on private physician officesWork to increase the direct consumer awareness of Solis Women’s Health breast care services through participation in educational opportunities, local health fairs, trade association meetings and community eventsEstablish rapport and build client confidence by conducting periodic client/patient satisfaction research and review projects Follow up on patient satisfaction feedback to appropriate entity, i.e. physician, referral source or Solis management. Work with VP Sales & Marketing, Chief Operating Officer and Clinic Directors to eliminate referral barriersMeet or exceed sales quota in assigned territory in organic growth Ensure timely completion of administrative duties associated with assigned accounts/market.Other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales & Marketing

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 Three years of proven successful healthcare or healthcare related sales experienceAbility to effectively present information on a professional level to individuals or small groupsAbility to respond to inquiries from Senior Management and Clinical Directors on a regular basisConsistent track record of exceeding annual revenue targetsDemonstrated success selling services into new marketsExcellent leadership skills including problem-solving, interpersonal and team building skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve growth objectivesExhibit a high level of confidentiality and professionalismOutstanding customer service skills both internal and externalAbility to write complex correspondence and reportsProficiency in MS office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelPrevious experience in an entrepreneurial or high growth company is beneficial
