Client Relationship Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

 

The Client Relationship Manager will:  be the primary contact for CEGA; interact with all departments (internal and external) to solve client-specific issues; serve as a resource person to all other departments for problems related to that client; ensure that client is receiving all pertinent documents (claims, invoices, Case Management reports, etc.); ensure client understands the documentation they receive and be able to explain what each document is for; have knowledge of their client’s products; have knowledge of their client’s operations and how they fit into the work flow with Olympus.

 

REPORTS TO: Senior Management in the UK

 

CORPORATE GOALS: Client maintenance; Customer service



DIVISION GOALS:

 

Ensure timely problem identification and resolution to increase and maintain client satisfaction; establish a trusting relationship with clients.

 

PREFERRED AND REQUIRED SKILLS, Education, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND TRAITS:

 

College-level education required (Bachelors Degree). Requires experience with international insurance companies and their products; knowledge of health insurance benefits and claims; knowledge/experience of computers and Internet (Word, Excel, Outlook, e-mail, etc.); second language preferred; multi-tasking; team oriented; very good phone and customer service skills

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

Work is mainly carried out in an office environment; majority of tasks require the telephone; may need to get up to fax and/or scan documents; may need to walk to another department; will require periodic travel to headquarters in the United Kingdom

Office supplies and resources are provided by the company. Initial training will be provided in the United Kingdom.
