Client Service Representative

Description:
Job Purpose: Assist veterinary hospital clients, their pets,  and other staff members to carry out the hospital's mission statement.

Duties:
Answer phone   Schedule appointments using Windows based DVM program   Learn animal health information to assist pet owners with questions   Maintain medical records   Complete client billing   Complete day end closing procedures   Handle cash and credit card transactions   Oversee the smooth operation of patient and client  visits from  checkingin through checking out   Contribute to the team effort with positive results

Outstanding cutomer care, team player, ability to function in a fast paced environment, perform multiple tasks at a time, excellent listening skills, problem solving and documentation skills.
