Job Description
This professional will be responsible for the seamless delivery of client and vendor health care services, including consulting with the client, understanding their business and strategic health care objectives, integrating the program services provided by the selected vendors, and communicating recommendations at the appropriate levels within the client organization. This role is a full-time position, oversees day-to-day program management activities, and is responsible for delivering against expectations. The Client Services Executive will interface with multiple departments in the organization, and will be expected to be on-site regularly. There will be travel to client sites and to Health Dialog’s offices in Boston, MA, Manchester, NH, San Antonio, TX and Portland, ME.
Primary Responsibilities
· Provide direction and oversight to the implementation, planning, operational and program management of Program components including:
o Strategic Program development
o Program deployment
o Program oversight
o Clinical education facilitation
o Vendor management
o Analytics and data management facilitation
o Communications and health promotion leadership
· Assist in building, maintaining and enhancing the partnership with the client organization.
· Promote a strategic level relationship with the client
· Help local business leaders and management deploy initiatives
· Investigate and understand community-based health organizations and initiatives
· Assist in developing metrics to measure and manage vendor performance
· Actively relate to all stakeholders within the client organization
· Be a partner to and participant with the client in its communication efforts
· Be accountable for the quality delivery of exceptional levels of client service through the coordination and integration of vendor activities and services
· Work to mitigate any duplication and enhance the integration among the strategic vendor partners
· Meet budgets and deliver on commitments as mutually agreed
· Provide direction and oversight to other team members assigned to the client account
· Build a strong and sustainable client delivery team, including sub-teams at client sites
· Facilitate clinical and operational expertise in order to enhance ongoing performance
improvements in the Program
· Engage client on a frequent basis to both formally and informally report out on
results, discuss progress, resolve issues of significance, refine strategies, etc.
· Work collaboratively with their client counterparts on a regular basis to address healthcare matters, such as assessing opportunities to enhance programs, resolving issues, deploying new programs, etc.
· Participate in the development of annual budgets
· Maintain compliance with contracts and goals
· Understand relevant trends in the healthcare industry, and articulate to the client and other appropriate parties
· Contribute to Firm’s thought leadership
Qualifications
· Experience in health care and working directly with health plans, employers, providers, or other health care purchasers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including substantial presentation experience
· Excellent relationship management capabilities with both internal and external constituents
· Experience in overseeing data flows among organizations
· Experience in developing and delivery adult learning programs
· Experience in overseeing direct mail campaigns
· Strong quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex health care data
· Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and be flexible in taking on various projects
· Detail and accuracy oriented
· Ability to deal responsibly with confidential information
· Able to meet multiple deadlines
· Record of exceptional business and academic achievement
· Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field strongly preferred
