Requirements: Windows 2000/XP. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills required.ACT!Networking and Macintosh knowledge a plus

 

Duties: Hardware/Software Phone Support &Monitoring, testing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.Administrative duties
