Clinic Operations Supervisor

Miller Children’s Hospital Outpatient Specialty Centers is seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to manage the daily operations of two busy specialty physician practices.  This position is responsible for the outpatient clinic operations of the pediatric orthopedic center and the pediatric gastroenterology center.  Duties include day to day supervision of staff, allocation of work duties, work schedules, monitoring of operations functions to include registration and scheduling, patient flow, billing and charge capture, supply ordering, and overall daily resolutions of problems as they occur.  Position is responsible daily for the environment of care, physician and customer relations, team development and employee engagement.  The incumbent has fiscal responsibility for resources that are defined during the budget process.   Candidates must have a minimum of three years physician practice management or other supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.  Bachelor’s degree required.
