Job Details:
CPR RequiredCurrent State of Maine RN licenseIV Therapy competencies per policies and proceduresMinimum 5 years experience requiredBCLS, PALS, ACLS Required. Nursing degree (AD, Diploma, BSN) from an accredited school of nursing required. Under the direction of the Clinical Nursing Coordinator, serves as a resource/educator/administrative liaison to nursing personnel on assigned shift in collaboration with Nursing Department Directors and Managers to ensure optimal quality of patient care according to established department standards. Demonstrates expert technical skills, sound knowledge and judgment capability as well as the ability to problem solve in complex clinical situations. The Clinical Administrator has excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates experience as a change agent, a mentoring style, the ability to teach, communicate information, assess weaknesses and build strengths in staff with whom she/he practices. Directs administrative services of the hospital during her/his assigned shift.
