Join us and you’ll be inspired to discover your own mix of professional advantages and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: Work in the ideation and business analysis phases of the system development cycle and consults with users to define clinical reporting and analytic business processes as well as the information systems capabilities supporting those processes.  Work with others to understand capabilities of existing systems and gaps with the business needs.  Work with business staff at various levels of the organization to understand and clearly describe their needs for various types of clinical reporting and analytics. Understand how analytic capabilities support clinical business needs to improve operations and evaluate the value of clinical services Can readily identify common and distinct needs across the enterprise and can describe how those needs benefit the business. Work with application teams to ensure that business needs are met.Qualifications: Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify potential solutions to meet them. Clarify, document, and drive resolution of complex and/or critical clinical analytic issues. Escalate if unable to drive solution.  Perform complex conceptual analyses. Is effective in working with interdisciplinary enterprise teams that identify clinical analytic needs.  Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement. Lead teams to identify and document clinical analytic needs.  Share explanations and information to others on the most complex issues. Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of audiences including business, technology, line staff and executives.  Experience in reporting or analytics is required with a focus on clinical services preferred.
