Clinical Business Systems Analyst (HL7)

CIBER, Inc., headquartered in Englewood, Colorado has an immediate opportunity within its Boston operation for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in medical/clinical applications and/or a background with HL7 regulations. This person will provide analysis for major integration projects necessary to be completed for an enterprise-wide systems implementation.  This Senior BSA will be a liaison between the business unit and  technical team; perform business requirements analysis, create functional specifications and test plans, and provide support throughout the project development lifecycle. Interpersonal and communication skills are key to this role, along with an ability to facilitate several groups with different addenda.  This resource will manage resources in accordance with the project plan, ensure issues are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner and will assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.  The ability to clearly define integration functional requirements and coordinate with the technical team where development is needed is crucial. Core Skills: Over seven years of experience in business systems analysis with all phases of the SDLC from problem definition through implementation. Proven track record with planning, estimating, organizing and leading complex projects according to plan. Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions. Experience performing business systems analysis for large, complex system implementations. Ability to create business and functional specifications according to business needs and  see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements. Experience providing business process guidance to the development team and an  ability to create system test plans and cases.
