We are currently recruiting for several independently licensed clinicians to work as Clinical Care Managers for a large managed care provider San Francisco. CCM's will be providing care advocacy and utilization review via telephone for mental health and substance abuse cases. This entails doing telephonic reviews with inpatient facilities, partial programs, and authorizing inpatient and outpatient services based on medical needs and care guidelines.

These are full-time, temp-hire positions with hours being M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualified applicants will have a Master’s degree and a CA independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC or RN) with at least 3 years of solid post-license experience providing mental health and substance abuse counseling services. Inpatient experience a big plus! In addition, the ideal candidate will have good computer/typing skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
