Clinical Coordinator - LCSW or LPC

First Home Care provides services that enable youth, families and adults to receive the care they need in their homes and communities, reducing the need for hospitalization and out-of-community placement. Our programs offer free-standing, independent levels of care; however, they also function as contracted, wraparound services. As such, they provide ancillary treatment to support programs of social service agencies, special education programs, and office-based therapies.

First Home Care provides Day Treatment Services for an Alternative School (Oyster Point Academy) in Newport News, Virginia.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Coordinator to join our team.

The Clinical Coordinator will direct and coordinate the day treatment services to include admission, psychosocial evaluation, supervision and training of Day Treatment Counselors. The Clinical Coordinator will coordinate educational and counseling services with educators and licensure.

Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field AND licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC) and 3 or more years of experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to include experience supervising employees.
