Clinical Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, RN Educator--Cardiac Services

Requirements: Graduate from a state accredited school of nursing with current Wisconsin RN licensure. BSN required. MSN preferred. At least 3 years of clinical experience as a RN in a cardiac setting is required. Employee maintains current required certifications for service area.The individual fulfilling this role must possess: clinical excellence with cardiac service, demonstrated leadership abilities, proficient verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with others to accomplish goals through collaboration and coordination, and demonstrated organizational, teaching and self-management skills.This is a part-time (0.5), exempt level, job. Description: The Clinical Development Coordinator is an RN who coordinates orientation, continuing education, and staff development for a specific service area, in this case - Inpatient Cardiac-Medical, Surgical & Interventional, and other areas as required for Cardiac Services. The Clinical Development Coordinator demonstrates clinical excellence. The Clinical Development Coordinator functions to support clinical practice through quality improvement and thoughtful use of resources. The Clinical Development Coordinator partners with other members of the leadership team in the service area.
