We are experienced in delivering world-class outpatient cancer services. ?Manages designated customers to grow scan volume and cultivate additional referral sources.?Increases scans and customer satisfaction through a varied sales approach which includes relationship building, cold calling and account management.?Develops and implements short and long term plans to achieve monthly and annual goals by building on existing business and identifying and cultivating new opportunities for growth.?Displays determined and consistent pursuit of new referral sources.?Continual pursuit of education and learning of cancer information including types of cancers, diagnostic protocols, and courses of treatment. Ability to learn required materials in personal study as well as classroom settings. Deliver learned knowledge to customers in brief, well planned, valued appointments.?Achieves customer service excellence by understanding needs of all customers (i.e. patients, families and physicians).Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience is absolutely crucial for this position. The successful candidate will have the ability to exercise a high degree of imitative and a desire for knowledge.
