This individual is responsible for the management and supervision of patients on his/her assigned care team, and for the care, treatments and services provided by the care team members. Qualifications: ~CB~ Date Posted 4/2/2008 A Registered Nurse with three years of clinical experience and at least one year of leadership experience within the last five years in a home health agency. Baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or other health related field and prior home care experienced required. Professional licensure in the state(s) in which he/she is required to practice.
