Clinical Manager - Dean Health Systems - Janesville, WI

Dean Health System is currently looking to hire a Clinic Manager for our Riverview Clinic in Janesville, WI. 

The Clinic Manager is accountable for managing, coordinating and planning patient care and registration/scheduling functions.  The responsibilities include: overseeing patient care and medical practice standards, front line patient services, accounts receivable, and physician scheduling protocol management; decision making, managing daily functions and working toward continuous improvement in a team environment will be crucial functions of this position.

Qualified Candidates will possess:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of management experience OR a High School diploma with 2 years of additional education and/or training with a minimum of 5 years management experience.  Previous experience managing a minimum of 10 staff people Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsProven critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred candidates will also possess: Medical office practice management Previous experience with data collection analysis, medical informatics, and process improvement knowledgeNursing or other healthcare training
