The hospital ranks in the top 50 hospitals in the country and anticipates a 19% growth in staff over the next 10 years.  The hospital is situated on a beautiful 69-acre campus in Providence, Rhode Island.The Clinical Manager in the Hasbro Emergency Department has 24-hour responsibility of one or more patient units for directing and coordinating resources for the delivery of care to the patients and families.  The Clinical Manager works in partnership with the appropriate Director and the Assistant Clinical Manager to provide leadership to the unit staff caring for patients.  Baccalaureate in Nursing; Master required (Nursing or related Health Care field acceptable). Consideration will be given to internal candidates committed to completing a Masters program. Current RI licensure or eligibility. Strong leadership skills.QUALIFICATIONS-EXPERIENCE: Five years relevant experience.
