We are a group of independent practitioners looking for Ph.D.s, Psy.D.s or LCSWs to join our rapidly growing practice located in a beautiful area of Northeast Pennsylvania.  A successful candidate will have a valid Pennsylvania license

Hiring Requirement:
Ph.D. in Clinical Pychology (or)
Masters in Clinical Social Work
2 years post Licensure
Must be licensed in Pennsylvania (or)
able to practrice in Pennsylvania

Job Purpose:
Serves clients by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental and emotional disorders.

Duties:
* Diagnoses disorder by selecting, administering, and interpreting intelligence, achievement, interest, personality, and other psychological tests; studying medical, emotional, and social histories; interviewing and observing the client.

* Develops treatment plan by establishing treatment goals and methodologies.

* Treats client by utilizing psychological techniques and therapies; discussing progress toward goals with client; monitoring development; evaluating and adjusting treatment; collaborating with other specialists.

* Maintains historical records by documenting treatment events.

* Assures quality service for clients by enforcing rules, regulations, and legal requirements with clients; documenting events of the treatment process.

* Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

* Completes research projects by establishing hypothesis, design, sample, methodology, and evaluation.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
