Clinical Quality Manager

To enable this superior quality, MedAssurant is seeking Clinical Quality Managers to expand its Quality Assurance department.

The Quality Manager is a leadership role which holds direct responsibility for the management of a team of quality assurance chart review personnel to ensure the accuracy and quality of the Company’s service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage quality assurance review team to ensure delivery of services of the highest quality.
Lead the design, execution, and management of ongoing quality assessment procedures for all clinical review personnel.
Ensure quality review team is maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
Assist with the development, organization and implementation of company-wide quality improvement efforts.
Maintain the control and ongoing monitoring of quality and reliability as well as quality reporting mechanisms and management tools.
Ensure compliance with contractual, local, state and national quality standards.
Provide direct feedback, quality /process counseling and coaching, retraining and when necessary reassignment or termination decisions for review personnel regarding quality issues.
Manage the development and delivery of reviewer training for assigned projects.




Requirements:

 3-5 years work experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
Valid RN license.
Preferred experience in managing quality for HEDIS or other chart review process.
Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
Computer literate and detail oriented.
Professionally skilled in verbal and written communication.
Meticulous organizational skills.
