The Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters provides insights -- information, benchmarks and analysis -- that enable organizations to manage costs, improve performance and enhance the quality of healthcare. The Clinical Solutions Trainer provides on-site and remote education and training support for the successful utilization of Thomson Healthcare solutions in medical institutions. This position provides clients with the knowledge, skills, tools, and best practices required to realize maximum value from Thomson solutions. Working with our Implementation Services and Sales team, this position may research and implement solutions and value realization programs to client issues in order to fully deploy solutions. The Clinical Solutions Trainer will also serve as a liaison between client facing personnel, key customers, sales, and the product team, communicating what is learned about such issues as workflow, customer preferences, data requirements, hospital information systems, etc. We are looking for a candidate to be based in our Greenwood Village, CO office or on the east coast. Demonstrates strong client facing skills. Experience presenting information in group settings Ability to generate innovative approaches and solutions to problems. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Communicate effectively in written and oral form with peers, senior staff and internal or external customers. Project management skills preferred. Excellent active listening skills. Possess coalition building skills. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or other clinical field required. 2-5 years relevant experience in clinical field preferred.
