Clinical Supervisor-Child Case Management Program

Clinical Supervisor

As the supervisor of Waban’s child case management program, you will provide clinical supervision and support to the case managers and be responsible for program management to ensure the delivery of high quality services to eligible children and their families.

 

Case managers help parents of children with mental retardation, pervasive developmental disabilities (PDD) or autism spectrum disorders locate and access necessary services and resources within the community for their children. With the family, and others, the case manager develops a plan of care tailored to the individual strengths and needs of the child, coordinates and ensures services are in place and the child’s needs are being met.

 

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with a concentration in clinical practice from an accredited graduate schoolAppropriate licensing certificate (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC or LCPC-c)At least one year of experience providing services to persons with a mental health diagnosisAt least one year of supervisory experience within the fieldStrong leadership qualities and desire to progressValid drivers’ license from current state of residency Must be proficient in the use of a computer
