We are seeking a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with 2-3 years recent home care experience in a Medicare certified agency.  A California RN license, CPR and previous supervisory experience are required.  The Clinical Supervisor provides employee supervision and feedback according to the established Sharp HealthCare Employee Performance Management Process. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that patient care coordination is organized in such a way as to promote the highest level of quality care and works with interdisciplinary clinical staff to assess patient care needs for a defined patient population from the time of evaluation throughout the continuum of care.  To find out more and view this job online, please go to Careers at www.sharp.com/careers
