 Clinical Support Field Nurse (Wound Care) – Central Florida

 

Galaxy Medical Products is currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse to be a part of our growing wound care business of distributing negative pressure wound therapy to hospitals, homecare, and other healthcare facilities.

 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic RN/LPN self-starter, for clinical support, to service the Greater Orlando Florida market.  Your focus will be on our Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System and offering clinical and customer support to the Territory Manager in that market.

 

 Traveling required throughout Central Florida & Southern Florida (up to 20%)RN or LPN with Wound Care experience preferred.Strong knowledge base & experience in wound care preferred Excellent communication skillsMust be fluent in English and Spanish!

 (home based office) and efficiently

· Resources and answers will always be a phone call away, but there will be times you will have to figure things out for yourself to get the job done.

· Develop relationships with independent referral sources such as case managers, nurses, physical therapists, physicians, social workers, home health cares.

· Graduate of a school of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the

State of Florida. 

· Responsible through the nursing process for providing and coordinating nursing care and resource management for patients and families, with the goal of maintaining and restoring optimum health. 

· Utilizes judgment and is guided by knowledge of basic principles of nursing based on the biological, physical, and psycho-social sciences. 

· Provide on-call after hours support as necessary.  Work with GMP sales/clinical team to ensure patient’s issues are addresses after normal business hours and weekends.
