Explore a system of rewards and unmatched opportunities with healthcare’s brightest minds. Currently, BHCS has an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Transformation - Analyst / Education.  The Analyst, in the Clinical Transformation (CT) team, provides primary support for the Education and Training team.  The analyst works throughout BHCS, interacting with system facilities to assess current state culture and available resources, facilitate implementations, and generally assist with the incorporation of new processes and tools within hospitals. The primary resource dedicated to supporting the people and process work of the Education and Training team, including coordination and work activities with all teams from the Care Model Adoption group and Clinical Transformation department.  Support may include: needs assessments, development of education and training materials and programs, training delivery, and other associated activities. Ensure application of best practice education and training methods and tools in facility implementation efforts. Contribute to project planning, including the tracking and coordination of project efforts with Education and Training and across the CT initiative. Participate in workflow process analyses for current and future state practices within the healthcare system; including capture of analysis in the form of flow charts and/or Visio diagrams. Ensure application of best practice Process Improvement tools and processes in facility implementation efforts.
