Coding Manager

Experience: To successfully meet the requirements of this position, a candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, must be RHIA or RHIT and CCS, have five years of acute care facility, inpatient and outpatient experience, and have current knowledge of DRG and APC regulatory requirements and guidelines. In addition, a candidate needs at least three years supervisory experience. Description: This position is accountable to develop, implement and monitor systems, programs and procedures required to facilitate current, accurate and timely Medicare reimbursement and compliance with all other regulatory agencies.
