Collections - Medical - Great Bonus Potential!

Canton Medical Support Company seeks multiple collectors to join the growing team!!

We support all major medical providers/facilities and need customer service oriented collectors to provide top notch service and explanation of balances due.

Collectors will make outbound calls to debtors in a call center environment and negotiate debt repayment.  This is more customer service based, but also requires a firm approach to express the need to pay. We have a very professional environment and provide quality training with positive ongoing support from supervisors and trainers.

We offer Full Time Monday - Friday, 3 days from 8-4:30, 2 days from 12-9, one half day during the week adn and 1 Saturday per month from 9a-1p!!  Great quality of life schedule with minimal weekends!!

Benefits: We offer 2 medical plans, with one fully paid by the company!!

Pay Range: $8-11 based on experience level (must have collections experience to qualify)

Bonus:  Bonus starts after fully trained, usually about 4 months. Top collectors earn an average of $700 per month – but there is no cap!!

We are forecasting major growth over the next few years and are adding new clients on an ongoing basis.  We present the advantage of a diversified client base, allowing us more security than first party organizations.

Requires:

-1 year MINIMUM of ANY collections experience, this is an absolute must!

-professional phone presence and the ability to communicate with a variety of consumers to negotiate the payment of medical debts

-strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and the ability to type 35 wmp

-the ability to work a set schedule, including the shifts listed above

-must be comfortable in a goal driven environment, and be able to manage accounts to reduce delinquency

-High school or GED
