Collector - Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC)

K&S Consulting is looking to add a collector to its team with a focus on collections for an ambulatory surgical center. We are looking for an experienced, driven candidate that has the character and knowledge to grow in with K&S Consulting and its affiliates.
Candidate must have a strong background in muti-specialty billing and collections with at least 5 years experience as a collector

 Candidate should be well-versed in the collection of claims from Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation payers.
Candidate should be capable of handling a high volume of accounts; while understanding the prompt pay and TDI laws, negotiations and the appeal process.
Candidate should exhibit leadership qualities and a history of working in teams.
Candidate should have experience working with Advantx billing software, Internet, and Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Candidate should be knowledgeable in working aged balance reports and following up with insurance carriers for a multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center
