The College Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and assessing qualified candidates for specific positions across the Health system, focusing on Graduate nurses. Acts as a relationship manager to the Recruiters and various school officials with the goal of developing school relationships and hiring across the Health System based on best fit. ** RN licensure preferred Responsibilities: • Partners with HR and Recruiters to deliver qualified candidates for targeted positions. • Manage intern/Externships and Co-Op programs, brokering employment opportunities and building quality candidate pipelines. • Work with OD&CS on Pipeline Strategy and building School relationships. • Develop and Implement campus strategies consistent with pipeline strategy. • Create and coordinate campus events. • Identifying candidates and delivering candidate pools while building effective relationships across both internal and external constituencies. • Proactively develop and deploy a variety of recruitment tools and resources. • Qualify applicants for fit based on Entity needs. Knowledge and Skills: • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years high volume recruitment experience and/or previous college recruiting experience • Behavioral Interviewing skills, extensive experience interviewing and accessing candidates. • Demonstrated experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and on-line recruiting tools. • Candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple, rapidly changing priorities effectively and able to build consensus and influence across multiple decision makers in a timely manner. • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability required. • Previous Corporate, College recruitment, agency, or search experience preferred. • Travel required • RN licensure preferred We offer a supportive environment that provides professional and personal fulfillment, career long learning and an excellent salary and benefits package, including prepaid tuition assistance.
